The print that started it all! “Ramen Cats” was the first ever block print I made back in 2019 and features my two cats wearing kimonos while sharing a bowl of ramen. This is where I first fell in love with printmaking and led to the start of kintsugi print studio 3 years later.

  • Back in highschool and college, I used to waitress at Ajisen Ramen in Chelsea. I became close friends with everyone at the restaurant (and am still in touch with my old boss to this day!)

    After graduating university, I ended up moving into an apartment right above the ramen shop I used to waitress at. “Ramen Cats” was born, and is currently displayed in 5 noodle shops across NYC! (Ajisen Ramen Chelsea, Ajisen Ramen Chinatown, Xi’an Famous Foods @ 14th Street, Ramen Takumi, and Raku it’s Japanese II)

  • kintsugi print studio was born out of a love for art, sustainability, and the philosophy of kintsugi — to embrace beauty in the imperfect.
